In October 1999 PAL opened the doors to its new 22,000 square foot community building. The building includes two full size and one smaller size basketball courts (also used for Indoor Soccer), managers office, concession stand , and party room.

The building is located one mile south of Town Hall at the intersection of Ridge Road and Cahill Cross Road (behind Lake Melody). The building is managed and operated by the PAL Executive Board, which consists of thirteen township volunteers.

PAL is responsible for all expenses of the building including the interest and principle due on a $2.1 million bond issued by the Township. We pay for these expenses through registration fees, tricky trays, PAL Carnival at Brown's Point, and the annual township mailing soliciting donations
